Recently, a workshop was organized in the Alaotra Mangoro region, covering our intervention areas, particularly in the districts of Moramanga and Ambatondrazaka.
Deforestation and increasing pressure on natural resources are threatening Madagascar's ecosystems, particularly around Lake Tseny. The training of local communities around Lake Tseny was made possible through the collaboration between Madagasikara Voakajy and the Tsimoka Association, focusing on the implementation of the dynamic agroforestry technique.
At the beginning of this year 2025, Madagasikara Voakajy is adopting a new organizational structure, marking an important step in its development. This transformation is part of the implementation of a new 2024-2028 strategic plan, developed with the support of Maliasili, a key partner in strengthening conservation organizations in Africa.

At the heart of this initiative is the construction of a well, a simple yet crucial achievement for the villagers. This well not only provides clean drinking water but has also become a symbol of solidarity, community development, and environmental protection.
